Water: water copiously, regularly during spring until late summer. This species prefers a winter’s rest, and even kept completely dry during wintertime, except if there are a few hotter days during winter

  • Located north and along the Orange River
  • Steep slopes amongst quartz, in rock crevices, in cliffs and riverbeds
  • It is also frequently associated with succulent mesembs
