How to Order

Please Take Note:
We currently only sell in South Africa.
A minimum order of R500 is required per customer.

  • You have 3 options under the SHOP tab:
    • You can browse ALL SUCCULENTS
    • You can browse by category
    • You can browse by genus
  • To find out more about a product, click on its image or “Select Options” button and you will be taken to a page with more detailed product information.
  • Choose the size of your product and quantity you want to add to your cart (Please note that there are limited quantities per customer)
  • You can add and/or remove products from your cart at any time before moving on to the checkout
  • Take Note: Colours and sizes of the succulents will vary from season to season as well as what you view on the website
  • Here we require all your personal contact information.
  • We have a SSL Certificate to ensure that all your personal information is secure. 
  • Should you wish to open an account with us and track your purchases, it can be done here
  • Once you have placed your order we will receive an email and respond within 48 hours.
  • Please take note that only once we respond to your order by sending a proforma invoice will confirmation be valid
  • Payment into our bank account can be made once you have received a proforma invoice from us.
  • Delivery will only be arranged upon receipt of full payment. 
  • We accept credit cards and EFT transactions.
  • Should you have any questions relating to payment please email us at info@succulentsonline.co.za
  • Delivery charges are not included on our website and will be calculated on your proforma invoice.
  • We use The Courier Guy for delivery across South Africa.
  • Once your delivery has been confirmed NO postponement thereof or cancellations will be accepted.
  • Delivery will only be scheduled on orders where full payment has been received.
  • Delivery takes between 2-5 working days depending on where you are situated.
  • All plants are dry rooted before delivery to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. 
  • We will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to parcels due to the service of the couriers.
