Euphorbia obesa subs. simmetrica ‘sea urchin’ is s beautifull flattened sphere with horizontal purplish banding and similar to Euphorbia obesa. Unusual in cultivation it is still rare to find.

sunny position, frost tender.
water sparing, ample aeration to reduce fungi and lice.
flowering mostly after 5-8 years.
E. obesa subs. simmetrica differs from E. obesa is the more rounder, flatter and not growing tall.
