ORIGIN / HISTORY

Native to South Africa, Bushmanland as far as Kakamas, south-wards through Namaqualand to Vanrhynsdorp, as well as south-western Namibia
It grows on quartz gravely flats and gravelly or rocky slopes
Crassula cornuta absorbs moisture through the epidermis
It is confused with Crassula deceptor which has rounder greyer leaves
